Subscription to Gusto Full-Service Payroll at our wholesale pricing. We will process & submit payroll on your preferred payroll schedule and process & submit State & Federal payroll taxes. Gusto is our preferred partner from one employee up to 25 members of your team. We also partner with Paychex for client's with more than 25 employees.
We can calculate and file sales taxes on your behalf on the state portal if you file in 2 or less states. We then recommend Automatic filing through Avalara for 3 or more states. This service is priced depending on where you file sales taxes and how many states where Nexus has been met.
Provide coaching and advising on monthly financial reviews, start-up tech stack, and meet monthly up to 2 hours virtually.
Accounting and financial consulting services, guidance on overall strategic financial direction, quarterly financial reports, including standard financial statements and projections, and regularly attend management team meetings as agreed upon via phone or video conference.
Our onboarding process is the first step in outsourcing your bookkeeping. There are specific access points required to fulfill the scope of the services outlined in your subscription. After your purchase, we will schedule a meeting with you to discuss the access points needed with instructions on how to provide us with read-only access to your accounts. We will also need to be added as an administrator to your accounting software. We recommend a cloud-based platform such as Quickbooks Online or Xero, but our team is capable of supporting many other platforms.
Once access is received, we will facilitate the introduction to your implementation team who will build standard operating procedures to ensure your bookkeeping practices are standardized within your industry.
If you do not yet have a Quickbooks Online file, the onboarding fee includes the setup and data migration to Quickbooks Online or Xero. If any clean-up to your file is needed before migrating or starting the recurring scope of services, 5 hours of clean-up is included in Onboarding.
Most of our clients need a little bit of cleanup when they first join Reconciled. That's why we plan for some cleanup time when you first signup - on average, about 5 hours of cleanup.
However, if your books have been neglected, it might take more time to get them accurate. If that is the case, we will communicate with you on the estimated time for recommended cleanup. It is billed at an hourly rate.

First:
The first step in getting set up with Reconciled services is to pick a plan from the list above and complete the fields on the following page. From there, you will be prompted to provide your billing information, then you're signed up!
Next:
Once you're signed up, a member of our onboarding team will reach out. They will work with you to gain read-only access to all of the systems you currently have integrated into your business. For example, this includes your accounting platform, sales channels, bank e-statement portals, and anything else that would be relevant to your accounting.
From There:
A member of our implementation team will comb through your books to see if any cleanup is needed. They will also be creating processes for the services that you need. This lines out exactly how you want your bookkeeping completed.
Finally:
You'll be introduced to your cloud accounting specialist who will be your main point of contact for day-to-day transactions, just like if you had this service completed in-house. With Reconciled, you receive layers of support!
Every Reconciled client receives a dedicated bookkeeper overseen by a Senior Accounting Manager.

Bill.com integrates with many accounting platforms such as Quickbooks Online or Xero. Most importantly, it has an approval process. An approval process is key when you are outsourcing your bill pay.
Our standard bill pay schedule is weekly where all bills are entered on Wednesday, approved on Thursdays, and paid on Fridays. If a different schedule is needed, please inform the onboarding specialist during your Onboarding meeting.
