Payroll

Our team will also make sure this data is correctly entered to be processed with your payroll. All of this also goes for any contractor payments that need to be made.

Federal and State Payroll Taxes

We are here to answer any of your Federal and State payroll tax questions. You no longer have to spend hours on hold to get answers. Just shoot our team your question and we will make sure it gets completed correctly. Also, if you’ve gotten any notices from Federal or State Departments, just forward them to our team and we will work to get the notices cleared up, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Lifecycle Management

With Reconciled, you don’t have to worry about getting all the paperwork completed for new staff. This includes getting the I-9 and W-4 forms completed, setting up PTO tracking, and establishing those benefits within your payroll system. Need to register taxes in new states? We can also assist with that! Do you have staff that is transitioning away from your organization? We will make sure they get their final paycheck and any unused PTO. Also, we will enroll them into COBRA to ensure they get the information needed to make that decision.

Handbooks and Forms

If you need to get a handbook acknowledgment form signed or any other custom documents (like a non-compete) required for your business, we can ensure they get signed, returned, and filed correctly.

Year-End Processing

Reconciled will automatically take care of sending out W2 documents and 1099 forms to your employees and contractors.
