Dext makes it easy to integrate bills and invoices!

Unfortunately, many choose to skip using this handy software tool because they have so many different documents stored in different places. You may have a folder full of receipts in your e-mail, half a tree of invoices stacked up on your desk, and a few multiple-page invoices that you just aren’t sure how to load into the software. Luckily, Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) has a variety of easy ways to integrate bills and invoices, so you can keep accurate records.

Emailed Invoices

If you get some of your invoices by e-mail, then transferring them to Dext is easier than you might think. You don’t need to print them out and scan them in. Instead, forward them to From there, they will be processed and brought into the software.

Paper Invoices and Receipts

If you already have printed copies of your invoices and receipts, adding them to Dext will be a little more time-consuming, but still easy. You’ll need to take a photograph of the invoice or receipt with an iPhone, Android, or Tablet and submit it to your Dext account.

Multi-Page Invoices

While the above method is great for single-page invoices, you’ll want to use a scanner on multiple-page invoices. Scan each page, then drop them in the Dext dropbox. These receipts are harvested several times an hour and provide the easiest way of integrating multi-page invoices.
