This advisor can spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 30 hours meeting with you every month to update and advise based on the findings. A meeting schedule will be built based on your availability and needs.

    Get customized monthly financial statements, monthly inventory reconciliation, and reporting, and monthly phone conference with the management team.

  • Full-service Payroll

    Subscription to Gusto Full-Service Payroll at our wholesale pricing. We will process & submit payroll on your preferred payroll schedule and process & submit State & Federal payroll taxes. Gusto is our preferred partner from one employee up to 25 members of your team. We also partner with Paychex and ADP for client's with more than 25 employees. Using a different plaftorm? We can support the payroll process on your preferred software.

  • Human Resource Advisory

    We can calculate and file sales taxes on your behalf on the state portal if you file in 2 or less states. We then recommend Automatic filing through Avalara for 3 or more states. This service is priced depending on where you file sales taxes and how many states where Nexus has been met.

  • What is included in the Onboarding Fee?

    Our onboarding process is the first step in our partnership. It's a time to set expectations and understand your specific business. There are also specific access points required to fulfill the service.


    This onboarding package includes either:


    1) Creating a GemBooks Account and setting up your GemBooks file based on Industry standards and the way you like to see your reports. 


    2) If you have an existing GemBooks file, we'll scope your file for any cleanup, review your Chart of Accounts, and make any necessary adjustments with your approval. We'll discuss your financial statements with you to ensure they are a good reflection of your business.


    After your purchase, we will schedule a meeting with you to discuss the access points needed with instructions on how to provide us with read-only access to your accounts. We will also provide instructions on adding us to your Gem-Books file. If you do not yet have a Gem-Books file, the onboarding fee includes the setup and data migration to Gem-Books. 


    If any clean-up to your file is needed, we'll provide you with a separate proposal for the clean-up.

  • What if I need cleanup?

    As part of our onboarding process, our professionals will conduct a high-level overview of your financials to scope your books for any clean-up necessary. 


    If we find significant cleanup is required,  we will propose the estimated fees associated with the project separately from your initial package.

  • How To Get Started With Reconciled Bookkeeping Services?

    Our new client setup is fast, easy, and supported by our industry-leading team.


    First:

    The first step in getting set up with Reconciled services is to talk with one of our sales consultants who will work with you on uncovering a scope of services that will be necessary to maintain your books on a monthly basis. From there, we'll send you a proposal 


    Next:

    Once you're signed up, a member of our onboarding team will reach out. They will work with you to gain read-only access to all of the systems you currently have integrated into your business. For example, this includes your accounting platform, sales channels, bank e-statement portals, and anything else that would be relevant to your accounting.



    Finally:

    You'll be introduced to your cloud accounting specialist who will be your main point of contact for day-to-day transactions, just like if you had this service completed in-house. They'll first comb through your books to see if any cleanup is needed. They will also create processes for services agreed upon.


  • Will I Work With a Dedicated Bookkeeper?

    Every Reconciled client receives a dedicated bookkeeper overseen by a Senior Accounting Manager.
